摘要:为了解决带材跑偏的问题,提出了一种基于直线电机的机器视觉高速纠偏系统。介绍了机器视觉系统和基于DSP的纠偏控制系统,采用了自适应模糊PID控制。同时以Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0为工具开发了稳定的纠偏软件,以CCS2000为工具完成了自适应模糊PID控制算法 ,并利用Matlab进行了仿真。 关键词:直线电机;机器视觉;纠偏系统
Abstract:In order to solve the problem with the strip deviation,high-speed edge position control system using machine vision based on linear motor was proposed.Machine vision system and EPC control system based on DSP were introduced,fuzzy self-tuning PID controller strategy was taken.The EPC software is developed by Microsoft Visual C++6.0 and fuzzy self-tuning PID controller strategy is completed by CCS2000,simulation is implemented by Matlab.
