摘要:在车辆集成起动/发电一体机系统中,发电机系统作为用电设备的供电电源对发电品质的需求越来越高。本文针对车辆起动/发电一体机供电电源系统,既要满足发动机怠速到最高车速的宽转速范围内的稳压发电又要满足用电设备投切的大功率范围内的稳压发电需求,提出了一种基于电压角度控制的永磁同步发电机稳压发电控制策略,通过建立发电机系统的小信号数学模型,分析了系统的稳定性。仿真与实验结果表明该方法满足车用ISG发电系统的需求,验证了该方法的正确性与有效性。 关键词:电压角度控制;启动/发电一体机;PWM整流;永磁同步发电机 Abstract: As applied in the vehicle used integrated starter / generator system(ISG), the PMSM serves as the power supply equipment, and there occurs a increasingly high demand for the power quality of the generator. A control strategy based on the voltage angle was proposed to enable the generator supply a constant voltage over a wide speed range from the idle speed to the maximum speed, as well as over a wide power range when the load switches to meet the vehicle used power supply requirements. The system stability was discussed by the small signal model. Conclusions were verified by simulation and experiment, and the proposed strategy can meet the needs of the vehicle used ISG system.
