摘要:结合机载电机设计的特点,本文建立了转子内部存在航空液压油的直流无刷电机的热网络模型,并对12kW的原型机进行了散热分析。本文首先对电机的损耗进行了全面的分析,着重分析航空液压油在高速旋转的电机气隙中产生的粘滞损耗。将损耗作为热源,建立了相应的热网络模型,并且对不同工况条件下电机的温升进行了分析,着重分析了转子中通过航空液压油对电机温升的影响。同时仿真结果表明电机能够在最恶劣的工况下安全稳定运行。 关键词:多相直流无刷电机;损耗分析;热网络;散热分析 Abstract: This paper presented a thermal network model for skydrol oil flooded rotor BLDC motors based on the special features of the motor designed for aerospace applications. A thorough investigation of the motor losses had been carried out. The viscous losses caused by the skydrol oil in the airgap were highlighted. The thermal network model was built by taking the losses as the heat source. Then the simulations under different load conditions, ambient temperatures and duty cycles were carried out. The effect of flooded rotor on the temperature distribution had been investigated. The simulations results confirmed the designed 12 kW BLDC can operate safely even under worst case scenario.
