摘要:永磁直流电机在运行的过程中,伴随故障的产生,会产生过热现象,直接影响到电机的可靠性和使用寿命。基于永磁直流电机故障的温升曲线研究通过6个TTT36热电偶采集电机运行时不同部件的温度,将采集到的数据通过采集卡传送到计算机,借助 Labview软件模块对数据进行处理,从而获得相对应的温升变化曲线。将测得的温升变化曲线同不同故障类型的温升变化曲线对比分析,研究不同故障类型时电机温升曲线的变化趋势,为电机故障诊断提供了一种行之有效的方法。
关键词:永磁直流电机;故障诊断;温升曲线 Abstract: In the process of permanent magnet DC motor running along with the generation of fault will produce overheat harm to its reliability and life span Fault diagnosis of permanent magnet DC motor base on temperature rise analysis using eight TT-T-36 thermocouple collect temperature data from motor when its running, then transfer data to computer through DAQ card processing data with the help of Labview module to obtain the corresponding temperature rise curve ,temperature rise curve changes in the measured contrast with different fault types of temperature rise curve change analysis, study the change trend of different fault types motor temperature curve, and provide an effective method of the motor fault diagnosis.
