标题:基于毛细管原理的瓦形磁体细裂纹快速检验方法研究

摘  要:瓦形磁体外观质量主要是缺边掉角和裂纹,虽然一般不会影响产品性能,但影响产品的合格率,尤其细裂纹还可能严重影响装机质量。目前,对瓦形磁体细裂纹尚难用目测方法检出,也无其他较好方法检验。基于毛细管原理,介绍了一种可广泛用于瓦形磁体装机前成品细裂纹检验、烧结后毛坯细裂纹快速检验以及瓦形磁体烧结前“生”坯质量控制检验等简便快速的检验方法。研究方法对提高瓦形磁体产品生产质量和装机质量具有一定意义。

Abstract:The problems of the appearance of U-shaped magnet quality,mainly includes lack of edge off angles,cracks,etc.,generally speaking,they do not affect the product performance, but they will affect the passing rate of the of products.Among the problems,the fine cracks may seriously affect the quality of the installment.At present,it is difficult for people to examine the cracks of the U-shaped magnet only by eyes,and also no other better ways can be used to test the problems.This paper, based on the capillary theory,introduced a rapid test method to U-shaped magnets which was widely used in the tiny cracks of the products before the U-shaped magnets were installed,the tiny cracks of the crude body after crude sintering,and also the control of the quality of the body before the U-shaped magnet were sintered.This rapid test method is very important to the quality of Ushaped magnets products and the quality of the installment.
