摘要:为降低无刷直流电机控制器的成本,设计了一种无需高精度光电编码器,仅使用低成本的霍尔位置信号进行测速的速度控制方法,在其中通过使用模糊控制,解决了由于速度采样率不均衡引起的调速性能差和系统不稳定的问题,使用Simulink软件对该方法进行了仿真试验,并将此应用于单调速工业平缝机控制系统,在控制系统中使用了TI公司的TMS320F28027 DSP芯片。实验结果证明,系统工作稳定,速度调节性能良好。 关键词:无刷直流电机;模糊控制;霍尔位置信号
Abstract: To lower the cost of brushless DC motor controller, designed a new speed control method using hall effect position sensors to provide speed measurements which can work without a high resolution encoder. A fuzzy logic controller was used to fix the system's instability and poor performance of speed adjusting, both of which were caused by the uneven speed sample rate. This method was simulated on computer by Simulink software. A sewing machine control system was also designed employing this new method using TMS320F28027 digital signal processor. The result of experiments showed that system worked stably and effectively. Key words: brushless DC motor; fuzzy logic controller; Hall effect position sensors.
