摘要: 超声波电机位置控制通常采用相位差作为控制变量,以便于电机正反转的平滑切换,导致电机运行效率降低。本文设定相位差为固定的90°或-90°,以驱动电压的频率为控制变量,设计了基于极点配置的单闭环位置控制策略,实现了位置伺服控制。实验表明,控制策略与具体实现方法有效,位置控制效果良好。
关键词:超声波电机;位置控制;极点配置;频率 Abstract: In order to facilitate smooth switch of motor reversing, phase difference is usually used as control variable for position control of ultrasonic motor, which lead to lower efficiency. In this paper, the phase difference was fixed for 90° or -90° and the frequency of driving voltage was used as control variable, thus the single closed-loop position control strategy based on pole assignment was designed, and then the position servo control was realized. Experiments show that the control strategy and the concrete implementation method are effective, and the position control effect is good.
