摘要:为准确计算磁阻式转子无刷双馈电机的功率绕组三相短路故障对电机性能的影响,提出一种场路耦合运动问题的二维时步有限元方法。利用该方法对无刷双馈电机在空载和负载状态下,电机的正常运行和三相短路故障时磁力线分布、气隙磁密、功率绕组输出电压和电流等进行了对比分析,结果表明:在功率绕组发生三相短路故障时,无刷双馈电机的气隙磁场明显畸变,基波含量降低,谐波含量增加,引起发电机机械振动和噪声较大。 关键词:磁阻式转子,无刷双馈电机;时步;有限元法;场路耦合;磁场分布 Abstract: In order to accurately calculate the influence of three phase short circuit fault of power winding on motor performance of reluctance brushless doubly fed machine(BDFM), a two dimensional time stepping finite element method for field circuit coupling motion problem was proposed. By using this method, the distribution of magnetic lines of force, air gap magnetic density, output voltage and current of power winding during normal operation and three phase short circuit fault of BDFM under no load and load conditions were compared and analyzed. The results show that the air gap magnetic field of BDFM was obviously distorted, the fundamental wave content was reduced, and the harmonic content was increased, resulting in large mechanical vibration and noise of generator.
