摘 要:永磁电机中永磁体与有槽电枢铁心之间的相互作用,产生齿槽转矩,引起电机振动和噪声。文章采用全场域三维有限元分析方法,对轴向磁场磁通切换型永磁(Axial Field Fluxswitching Permanent Magnet,简称AFFSPM)电机的齿槽转矩进行了仿真计算,研究了影响AFFSPM电机齿槽转矩的因素,给出了削弱齿槽转矩的有效方法,为电机的最优设计提供了重要的理论依据。 关键词:轴向磁场;磁通切换;永磁电机;齿槽转矩;三维有限元分析
Abstract: Due to the interaction between the permanent magnet and slotted armature lamination,exists cogging toque in slotted permanent magnet machines,which may cause noise and vibration during the operation of the machine.In this paper,the cogging torque in a novel axial field flux-switching permanent magnet(AFFSPM)machines was calculated on the basis of 3D whole field finite element method(FEM)analyzed the influences on the cogging torque in the machine,and reduce the effective methods of the cogging torque in AFFSPM machine,provided an important theoretical basis for the optional design of AFFSPM Machines.
