摘要:振动和噪声问题阻碍了开关磁阻电机的推广应用。防止径向力的谐波频率与定子固有频率产生谐振是减小振动和噪声的有效手段,因此确定定子径向力及振动加速度波形并进行频谱分析是减振降噪研究的首要前提。本文通过有限元计算得出不同转子位置、不同电流激励下的定子径向力,基于有限元模型并结合开关磁阻电机振动频域响应函数在Matlab/Simulink仿真环境下建立了开关磁阻电机振动仿真模型,对输出的径向力及振动加速度波形进行频谱分析,从而可找到其主要的谐波分量。本文的研究对于选择合适控制策略来减小开关磁阻电机的振动和噪声有积极意义。 关键词:开关磁阻电机; 有限元计算; 径向力; 振动 Abstract: The problems of vibration and acoustic noise limit the application of switched reluctance motors. It is the effective way of reducing vibration and acoustic noise to avoid the resonance of main harmonics of the radial force with the natural frequencies of switched reluctance motors, obtaining and the spectrum analysis of the radial force and vibration acceleration waveforms exactly are of the first important. In this paper, nonlinear radial forces were obtained by the finite element calculation. The vibration simulation model of switched reluctance motor was constructed combining the frequency response function of the machine vibrations based on the finite element model under Matlab/Simulink. The main harmonics components of radial force waveform were derived by the spectrum analysis. The research work is of great help to choose appropriate control strategy of reducing vibration and acoustic noise of switched reluctance motors.
