标题:基于时间阀值的开关磁阻电机初始位置估计方法

摘要:针对开关磁阻电机通过比较脉冲电流峰值大小估计转子初始位置算法,在两相电感相差细微的区域里有位置估计误差增大的问题,研究了一种基于时间阀值脉冲注入法的开关磁阻电机初始位置估计策略。以三相12/8结构电机为例,在静止状态下,向三相同时注入不同占空比的高频脉冲,保证各相脉冲电流变化量相等,记录各相脉冲电流上升时间,并比较其大小,确定转子当前初始分区,以实现电机初始位置估算。所提方法不但降低了因电感相差细微而带来的初始位置估计误差,还能提高电机起动的可靠性,实现了电机无反转。运用所述方法搭建了系统的仿真模型,并通过了实验,证明了其正确性和可行性。

Abstract: The algorithm of estimating initial rotor position by comparing the peak pulse current , has large error in the two phase inductance curve intersection region for switched reluctance motor, studied a new initial position estimation strategy of switched reluctance motor based on time threshold pulse injection. To the three-phase 12/8 switched reluctance motor, in the stationary state, the high frequency pulse of different duty ratios was injected to the three phase at the same time, to ensure that three phase pulse current variation was equal ,and record the rise time of pulse current, and the rotor current initial partition was estimated by compare with the three phase rise time of pulse current, so the initial starting phase was estimated . The proposed method not only reduces the initial position estimation error due to improve the reliability of motor starting, and realize motor running of no inversion. The simulation model and experimental platform of the system were built, and the results verified the correctness and feasibility of the proposed algorithm.
