摘要:该文设计了一种基于无刷直流电机的高精度工业缝纫机控制系统。系统在控制策略上采用改进型的积分分离式PID来提高系统的能量利用率和控制效果;同时提出了一种新型的定位停车方法,此法充分利用光电编码器Z脉冲的特性,克服了以往需要另加位置传感器的局限性,并对定位过程进行了修正,使得定位更加精确。最后给出的仿真结果和实验样机结果,说明该系统启动快、运行稳定、调速性能优良、定位准确。 关键词:无刷直流电机;积分分离式PID;工业缝纫机;定位停车
Abstract:A control system for BLDCM applied in industrial sewing machines was designed in this paper.In the control strategy,the system adopted integral separate PID to improve its energy efficiency and the control effect.At the same time,a new position parking method was presented;the method made use of Z-pulse characteristics of photoelectric encoder and eliminates the position sensors in the conventional system.Improving the positioning procedure,gained the more precise position.Finally,the simulation experimental prototype results show that this system can starts fast,operates stable,and positioning control is very accurate.
