摘  要：本文主要对无刷直流电机驱动系统中电压型逆变器的几种典型故障模式进行分析，尤其对整流管的开路和短路故障特性进行深入研究，仿真试验结果进一步验证了理论分析的正确性。本研究对优化保护电路设计，提高系统运行可靠性具有重要指导意义。

Abstract: This paper mainly analyzed the typical failure mode on the brushless DC motor drive system in the voltage source inverter,especially studied the open and shorted rectifier tube failure characteristics,the results further verified the correctness of theoretical analysis.This study is important to optimally design the protection circuit system,and to improve system reliability.
