摘要:基于磁链观测法进行永磁同步电机(PMSM)无位置传感器控制时,易出现漂移问题。为了致力于解决磁链观测法的不足,文中首先对磁链观测器进行了改进设计,在分析电机参数对位置估计精度影响的基础上,建议了一种对转子位置误差进行稳态补偿方法,以期实现稳态时转子位置估计具有对电机参数变化不敏感的优点;同时为了避免位置信号的直接微分,采用锁相环(PLL)来估计转子转速。最后,通过无位置传感器PMSM矢量控制系统的仿真来证实该方案的合理可行性。 关键词:永磁同步电机;矢量控制;无位置传感器;改进的磁链观测法;锁相环
Abstract: Drift effect often appears in position sensorless control of PMSM based on the rotor fluxlinkage observation. To solve the problem, a modified rotor fluxlinkage observer was firstly designed to eliminate the drift phenomena, in addition, the influence of inaccurate machine parameters to the observer in terms of the estimated rotor position accuracy has been analyzed, and a simple steadystate rotor position error compensation technique has been suggested, by which the steadystate rotor position error will become negligible and parameter insensitive theoretically, and then the phaselocked loop (PLL) was used to estimate the rotor speed to replace the direct differentiation for the position signal. At last, the simulation of vector controlled PMSM system was implemented without position sensor and the simulation results prove the validity of modified rotor fluxlinkage observation.
