摘 要:基于电动车辆用(ISG)系统稳态和动态性能测试台架实现同一平台的包括电机驱动和发电特性的测试要求。起动/发电/发动机测试台架对混合动力车ISG电机及控制器进行1/2额定转速和额定转矩、1/2额定转速和最高转矩、额定转速和额定转矩、最高转速和额定转矩及最高转速和最高转矩条件下进行转矩控制精度试验,结果说明精度符合设计要求。 关键词:混合动力车;电机;转矩;控制精度;实验
Abstract: Introduced hybrid electric vehicle and ISG(integrated starter and generator)motor,and in order to satisfy the need of measurement.Developed a dynamometer for ISG used in electric vehicles.The dynamometer adopted AC motor to achieve drive and load functions.It can realize the real-time measurement and data storage,and the dynamic state of the dynamometer is well.Based on the theory of torque control,researched experiments with conditions of 1/2 rating speed and torque,1/2 rating speed and maximum torque,rating speed and torque,maximum speed and maximum torque.The result show that the torque control precision motor system comply with the design requirement.
