标题:基于改进Smith预估器的无刷直流电机电流环控制方法研究

摘  要:在无刷直流电机系统中不可避免地存在固有的时滞因素,而系统中的电流环采用常规的PI控制器方式难以满足高性能控制系统的要求,使得电流的动态响应明显变差。本文采用Smith预估器优化控制方式,改善了电流环的性能,得到了较理想的效果。针对传统的Smith预估器需要准确的被控对象模型才能获得满意的控制效果,本文利用PI控制器对Smith预估器进行改进,提高了Smith预估器适应系统参数变化的能力,并且加强了Smith预估器的抗干扰能力,从而达到了改善电流环性能的目的。仿真及实验结果验证了这种方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract: In brushless DC motor system, the existence of inherit time lag factors is inescapable. And it is difficult for current loop which adopts routine PI controller mode to meet the demand of high-powered control systems. As a result, the dynamic response of current markedly becomes poor.  Smith predictor was utilized to improve the quality of the current loop, got a pretty good outcome. However, an accurate model was indispensable for traditional Smith predictor to get satisfactory control effect. PI controller was proposed to give the Smith predictor an improvement, which could enhance its capacity of anti-jamming and adaptation to the system. Consequently, the quality of current loop was improved. The simulations and experimental results verified the validity and the feasibility of the proposed approach.
