摘 要:针对常用时频分析方法的不足,介绍了一种自适应时频分析方法-经验模式分解的基本原理和算法,并对其算法进行了改进。在此基础上,用EMD时频分析方法对永磁同步电机定子绕组匝间短路的电磁转矩信号进行了分析,提取了瞬时频率、幅值等瞬时故障特征,并提出了能量特征向量,为永磁同步电机的故障诊断提供了准确的依据。 关键词:经验模式分解;希尔伯特变换;瞬时频率;基本模式分量;特征提取
Abstract: Considering the defect of the common methods for time-frequency analysis, the fundamental and arithmetic of a adaptive time-frequency analysis method-empirical mode decomposition ( EMD) were introduced, and the arithmetic of EMD was ameliorated. Based on this, EMD time-frequency analysis method was used for analyze the electromagnetism torque signal of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM ) which have stator winding interturn short circuit fault, and the fault features such as instantaneous frequency, amplitude etc were extracted. Besides, put forward energy feature vector, all this provide foundation for fault diagnosis of the PMSM. Key words: EMD; HHT; instantaneous frequency; IMF; feature extraction
