摘 要:目前变频器在煤矿井下越来越多的被应用在传送和采掘系统中,但是由于其自身功率开关器件高速频繁开关可产生巨大的电磁干扰,以至影响其他控制器件的正常工作。该文就矿用大功率变频器的电磁兼容性、传统意义上的干扰,进行初步的实验分析,并提出了有效的抗干扰措施。为进一步深入研究大功率变频器电磁干扰提供参考。 关键词:三相异步电动机;高压大功率变频器;电磁兼容;接地;电流;实验
Abstract: Today high-power variable frequency drive is extensively used in mine transmission and excavate system. However, due to power switching device high-speed frequent switch can produce the huge electromagnetic interference that affect other control devices and electrical equipment. About mine high-power variable frequency drive the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and the traditional sense of interference, this paper carried on the preliminary experimental analysis and proposed effective anti-interference measures. For the further research high-power inverter electromagnetic interference,this paper provided the reference.
