摘要:设计一种用于多旋翼飞行器的外转子多对极永磁同步电机无位置驱动系统。整个系统的控制核心是IRMCF341,通过单电阻采样母线电流来估算转子位置,速度和电流采用PID控制策略。本系统在实验样机上做了测试,其结果表明,系统不仅获得良好性能和高可靠性,同时也减少了电路体积,降低噪声。 关键词:IRMCF3XX;正弦波控制;FOC;PID;无位置传感器;多对极PMSM;无人机
Abstract: This paper designed amultipole sensorlesspermanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) drive system. Its application in unmanned aerial vehicle. IRMCF341 is the core in the entire system. These devices employ a unique single shunt DC bus current reconstruction to estimate rotor position. The PID strategy was used for speed and current. The system was tested on the experiment prototype. The system is not only a good performance and high reliability, but also a reduction of circuit size and lower noise.
