摘要:为了实现超超高效异步电机的设计目标,提出将定子双层叠式绕组设计为省铜和低损耗的单双层不等匝低谐波绕组,匹配铸铜转子,再以电机效率、起动转矩倍数和起动电流倍数为优化目标,采用田口算法确定电机优化设计变量,将子空间划分和响应面法相结合,基于差分进化算法实现异步电机分层优化的超超高效异步电机设计方案。针对提出的设计方案开展4极22 kW超超高效异步电机设计与分析计算,通过计算结果证实所提出的超超高效异步电机设计方案的有效性。 关键词:超超高效异步电机;铸铜转子;田口算法;子空间划分;响应面法;多目标优化
Abstract: In order to achieve the design goal of super premium efficient induction motor, the design scheme was put forward. For proposed design scheme, the stator double stacked winding was first designed into singledouble layer unequalturn low harmonic winding, and the copper rotor was used, then, taking IM efficiency, start torque multiples and start current multiples as the optimization objectives, the Taguchi algorithm was used to determine the optimize design variables, and then, the reasonable subspace division was integrated with the response surface method to implement subspace optimization of IM based on differential evolution algorithm. Moreover, the design and analysis calculation of 22 kW 4pole threephase IM is implemented to validate the effectiveness of proposed design scheme of super premium efficient IM.
