摘要:感应电机矢量解耦控制需获取电机准确参数,而传统的电机参数辨识方法需采用附加设备人为对电机进行堵转,在大多数场合不实用,为此给出了一种基于变频器本身实现感应电机离线参数辨识策略,通过参数辨识算法控制变频器,即可完成电机参数离线辨识,采用Saber进行了参数辨识仿真,仿真结果表明该参数辨识策略具有较高的辨识精度,并对定子电阻辨识进行物理实验,验证了参数辨识策略的正确性与有效性。

Abstract: Accurate motor parameters are required for vector decoupling control of induction motor, but traditional method of motor parameter identification requires the use of additional equipments for manmade motor locking, which is not practical in most cases. In this paper, an offline parameter identification strategy for induction motor based on inverter was given, which could finish the process of offline parameter identification with the inverter controlled by parameter identification algorithm. Simulation of parameter identification was done based on Saber, the results showed high accuracy of the identification strategy. And physical experiments for identification of the stator resistance was done, which verified the correctness and validity of the parameter identification strategy.
