摘要:针对传统晶闸管变流器式轴带发电机需要同步补偿器提供无功功率的缺点,本文提出了基于双PWM变流器的新型轴带发电机系统以及其控制策略。其中PWM整流器将轴带发电机发出的频率电压变化的交流电变换成直流电,PWM逆变器则将直流电变换成恒压恒频交流电传输给船舶电网。通过对PWM变流器的矢量控制,可以无需同步补偿机实现对有功和无功功率的独立控制。另外,利用PWM变流器电能双向流动的特点实现轴带电机作为电动机运行,驱动螺旋桨,从而解决主机发生故障时全船失去动力的问题,提高船舶运行的安全性和可靠性。 关键词:轴带发电机;双PWM;矢量控制;电能双向流动 Abstract: Aiming at the disadvantages that the conventional shaftdriven generator system with thyristor converter needs synchronous compensators to provide reactive power during its running, a novel marine shaftdriven generator system based on dual PWM converters and the control strategies were introduced in this paper. The rectifier side changes varying AC to DC, and the inverter side changes DC to constant voltage and frequency AC. By vector control strategies of the dual PWM, the independent control of active and reactive power can be realized without synchronous compensators. In addition, the shaft generator can work in a motor mode to improve the security and reliability of the ship operation when the main shaft breaks down by taking advantage of twoway flow of electricity in PWM converter.
