摘 要:分析了永磁无刷直流(BLDC)电机的数学模型,提出了一种通过三次谐波过零脉冲信号估算转速和位置的方法,实现了基于三次谐波反电势的BLDC电机无位置传感器控制。在Matlab/Simulink仿真环境中,采用电流滞环控制以及转速PI控制方式构建了BLDC电机的无传感器仿真平台。在速度和位置估算仿真模块中,用离散的速度和位置信号代替传统仿真中的连续信号。通过仿真结果分析,验证了三次谐波检测及所提出的速度和位置估算方法的可行性。 关键词:三次谐波;仿真;永磁电机;无位置传感器运行
Abstract: Based on the mathematical model of the brushless DC (BLDC) motor, this paper proposed a method to estimate speed and position,achieving the sensorless control by detecting the third harmonic back-EMF. The simulation was built in Matlab/Simulink. A PI controller for the speed loop and a hysteresis controller for current loop were adopted in the developed system simulation model, respectively. The module of estimating speed and position used the discrete speed and position signal instead of the continuous signal.The simulated results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
