摘要:介绍基于dSPACE的电动舵机测试系统开发方案。从测试系统组成、数学模型建立、数据采集,测试仪用户界面搭建等方面对设计方案进行了详细的介绍。使用Matlab中Simulink工具和dSPACE中ControlDesk平台搭建了测试仪系统,利用某无人机用小型电动舵机对该测试系统进行了测试与试验验证。试验结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,可以满足基于数字和模拟信号两种接口形式的电动舵机的测试要求。 关键词:测试系统;dSPACE;电动舵机
Abstract: This paper introduced a kind of electromechanical actuator test system based on dSPACE. The test system architecture, mathematical modeling, data collection , and user graphic interface were introduced in details. Using simulink tool in Matlab and ControlDesk in dSPACE, the test system was built. Using a small electromechanical actuator as the test object, the system was verified. The test results show that the system is stable and reliable and can meet the test requirements of the electromechanical actuator based on digital and analog signals.
