摘 要:永磁无刷直流电机的控制算法一般采用软件编程的方法实现,其开发过程复杂,代码编写工作繁重,开发周期长。而基于Matlab/Simulink开发的dSPACE实物仿真软硬件实验平台系统,无需代码编写,开发周期短,实时性好,可靠性高。该文开发了一套以dSPACE为核心的无刷直流电机实验平台,在Matlab/Simulink中采用S-函数对三相绕组反电势进行了建模,进行了无刷直流电机闭环控制的仿真研究,然后在该平台上搭建了实际系统,并利用ControlDesk进行了在线参数调试。实验结果验证了无刷直流电机的优越性能和该实验平台的可靠性,并为研究更加复杂的控制算法提供了基础。 关键词:无刷直流电机;dSPACE实验平台;仿真建模;ControlDesk
Abstract: Control schemes of brushless DC motor are always achieved in the way of program, but the period of the project is long, and the process is complex because of hard work programming. While dSPACE is a software and hardware platform for the real-time control system based on Matlab/Simulink. It has no program, but excellent real-time performance and high reliability. The time of the development is short. On the basis of dSPACE BLDCM system, build the motors 3-phase back EMF based on S-function and implemented the speed closed-loop control of BLDCM in Matlab/Simulink. Then built the actual system on the dSPACE platform, and debuged the line parameter by ControlDesk. The experiment Result verified the superior performance of BLDCM and the reliability of the platform , which offers foundation for the design of more complex control algorithms.
