摘 要:根据热传学基本理论,在一定的假设条件下,建立了稀土永磁无刷直流电动机(REPM BLDCM)的二维温度场物理模型及数学模型;并根据BLDCM的特点确定其温度场边界条件,然后利用温度场有限元软件ThermNet与电磁场有限元软件MagNet相耦合的求解方式;对一台30 kW的无刷直流电动机的二维温度场进行了仿真与分析,并与其温升实验数据进行了对比分析,得出了一些有益的结论,对于研究降低电机温升有一定实用价值。 关键词:无刷直流电动机;温度场;实验;仿真
Abstract: Established the physical and the mathematical model of 2-D thermal field of a rare earth permanent magnet brushless DC motor(REPM BLDCM)in some stated assumed conditions based on the elementary theories of heat transfer.Determined the boundary conditions according to the characteristics of REPM BLDCM.In application of the thermal field FEA software ThermNet coupled with the electromagnetic field FEA software MagNet,simulated and analyzed the 2-D thermal field of a 30 kW REPM BLDCM.Compared with the experimental data of temperature rise,and analyzed the simulation results,which having some practical value for reducing the temperature rise of the motor.
