摘要: 提出了一种基于TMS320F28335的交流永磁同步电机调速系统设计方案,系统采用转子磁场定向矢量控制策略,通过采集电动机电流和旋转变压器的位置信息,实现速度和电流双闭环控制。实验结果表明该系统具有较高的响应速度、稳定精度和强抗负载扰动能力,已成功应用于某全数字大功率高精度交流伺服系统。
关键词:永磁同步电机;磁场定向矢量控制;伺服系统 Abstract: This text put forward a kind of according to the exchanges of the permanent magnet synchronous motor speed control system based on TMS320F28335, the system adoption turned the sub-magnetic field definite direction vector control strategy, passed to collect electric motor electric current and revolved the position information of transformer and carried out speed and electric current double to shut a wreath control. Experiment expresses the system to have to higherly respond to speed, stable accuracy and strong anti-to load perturbation ability as a result, and already succeed be applied to the big power gao accuracy of some total amount word communicates servo system.
