摘 要:无刷直流电机电磁转矩脉动会引起振动和噪声,其中,驱动方式直接影响电机的转矩脉动。分析了电磁转矩脉动产生的机理,对以开关霍尔器件为传感器的无刷直流电机采用简易正弦波驱动方式抑制其转矩脉动和噪声。设计了基于TB6539的正弦波驱动系统,以电动助力车用无刷直流电机为例进行了实验,并与方波驱动方式进行了噪声对比。实验结果表明所设计的驱动系统能够明显地抑制电机的振动与噪声。 关键词:噪声;无刷直流电机;正弦波驱动; TB6539
Abstract: Electromagnetic torque ripple may cause vibration and noise in brushless DC machines (BLDCM). Motor drive strategies have direct influence on torque ripple. In this paper, the torque ripple principle was analyzed and the simple sinusoidal drive was introduced to eliminate torque ripple and noise in BLDCM. Then a simple sinusoidal drive system was accomplished based on the IC TB6539. Experiment was carried out to research the noise in different motor drive strategies. The result showed that the noise of the simple sinusoidal drive system was low compared to conventional square-wave current drive system in BLDCM. Key Words: Noise, BLDCM, Sinusoidal drive, TB6539
