摘要:基于Superbuck变换器的新型航天器用电源系统蓄电池恒流充电控制系统,应用状态空间平均法建立了Superbuck变换器恒流充电时的动态小信号模型,为适应航天器多频率扰动负载条件下,电源系统蓄电池恒流稳定充电,提出了一种新型双电流环控制策略,设计了双电流环,最后搭建了实验样机。实验证明系统具有良好的瞬态响应速度和抑制输入扰动的优点,证明了模型的正确性和控制策略的有效性。 关键词:Superbuck;充电调节器(BCR);双电流环;状态空间平均法;小信号模型
Abstract: A new design of Battery Charge Regulator(BCR) control system based on Superbuck converters in Aerospace Power Conditioning Unit(PCU) was presented,the small signal mathematical model of Superbuck converters was established by using statespace average method.In order to realize the constant current charging of the battery in aerospace PCU on the condition of different frequency pulsatile loads, a new double loops control strategy was proposed. And the double current loops were designed. Finally, a suitable power prototype was fabricated. It is proved that the system has good transient response character and advantages of restrainning input disturbance, and otherwise, it illustrated the correctness of the model and the effectivenes s of the control strategy.
