摘要:将直接转矩控制(DTC)技术应用于无刷直流电机(BLDC),抑制了转矩波动,而且转速无超调,提高了无刷直流电机运行性能。本文为抑制转矩波动,对转矩进行闭环控制,采用双滞环比较器实现定子磁链3点控制,从而实现了对电磁转矩的控制,并搭建了直接转矩控制系统Matlab/Simulink模型,仿真结果表明该控制方法有效。
关键词:无刷直流电动机; 直接转矩控制; 滞环控制 Abstract: Because of direct torque control technology in the application of brushless DC motor, torque ripple and over shoot were reduced, therefore operating performance of brushless DC motor was improved. To reduce torque ripple, to control torque by closed-loop control, adopted double hysteresis control to realize the stator flux 3 points control, then the electric torque was controlled, and a DTC system model was constructed with Matlab/Simulink, simulation results were presented, it′s shown the model was effective.
