摘要:针对反电动势为准正弦波的无刷直流电机,采用矢量控制技术实现了正弦波驱动。本文通过霍尔位置传感器进行转子位置估算,并介绍了一种线性转子位置校正方法。利用以STM32F103C8T6微控制器为核心的无刷直流电机控制系统实验平台进行验证。实验结果表明,与两两导通六步换相控制方式相比,采用矢量控制可有效降低无刷直流电机运行噪声和转矩脉动,适用于风机、家电等需要静音稳速运行的应用场合。 关键词:无刷直流电机;矢量控制;霍尔位置传感器;转子位置估算 Abstract: In such brushless DC motor with sinusoidalwave back EMF, sinusoidalwave control method have been realized by vector control technology.Hall position sensors were used to estimate the rotor position information, furthermore, this paper introduced a linear rotor position correction method. A brushless DC motor experimental platform based on STM32F103C8T6 microcontroller was builded to verify sinusoidalwave control method.The results show that the vector control can effectively reduce the noise and the torque ripple of brushless DC motor,compared with sixstep commutation control model, the adopted control technology is suitable for the mute and steady speed running application ,such as fan and home appliances.
