摘 要:针对高速永磁无刷直流电机,提出了一种基于准电流源型逆变器的起动方法。该方法使用准电流源型逆变器直接控制电机电枢绕组电流,从而避免了高速电机电枢绕组电感电阻值极小导致的绕组电流波动剧烈和起动电流大的问题。对此起动方法进行了理论分析,并设计了基于准电流源型逆变器的控制系统。借助Simulink工具对此系统进行了仿真研究,得到了与理论分析一致的结果。为了进一步检验起动方法的可行性,在额定4 kW高速永磁无刷直流电机上进行了验证实验。实验结果表明,基于准电流源型逆变器的高速永磁无刷直流电机控制系统,能很好地实现电枢绕组电流控制,使电机的起动平稳快速。 关键词:高速无刷直流电机;准电流源型逆变器;起动方法
Abstract: For high speed permanent magnet brushless DC motor (HS-BLDCM), a starting method based on quasi-current source inverter (QCSI) which can control the winding current directly was presented. So severe current fluctuation and heavy starting current caused by the minimal winding parameters can be avoided. After theoretical analysis of such method, the control system was established and then simulated using Simulink. The simulation results turn out to be consistent with the theory analysis. A further verification test has been carried out on a HS-BLDCM with the rated power of 4 kW. The result indicates that the starting method based on QCSI can control the winding current well and the starting process is steady and rapid. Key words: HS-BLDCM; QCSI; starting method
