摘 要:针对永磁直线电机(PMLSM)在PCB钻孔机应用中的加速度提升和定位过程中震荡的问题,提出了一种解决方案。在速度环驱动器采用PDFF算法和在位置环前端采用输入整形技术的技术方案,并对方案进行了仿真和验证,有效的解决了钻孔机XY平台快速定位问题并且在实际应用中提高了钻孔机的加工效率,该方案在实际系统上运行良好。 关键词:永磁直线伺服系统;PDFF;输入整形技术;位置控制
Abstract: A solution to the vibration caused by acceleration raising and rapid positioning in permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) in the PCB drilling machine application was proposed. The technical solution is to employ PDFF algorithm in the velocity loop and to use input shaping technology in the position loop, simulation and experimental studies for verifying the solution were shown in this paper. It effectively solves rapid positioning in the XY platform and processing efficiency is improved in practical application of the drilling machine, and it makes good performance in the real system.
