摘 要:针对电机控制系统的余度设计技术,给出了一种冗余式高压直流无刷电机的基本结构和运行原理,推导了电机的数学模型,在此基础上,建立了冗余式高压直流无刷电机控制系统在Matlab下的模型,给出了部分仿真波形,并对原理样机进行了实验,实验结果与仿真结果基本一致,验证了数学模型及仿真模型的合理性,为冗余式高压直流无刷电机控制系统的深入研究提供了一定的依据。 关键词:冗余式;高压;无刷直流电机;Matlab
Abstract: Aiming at the technology of redundancy design for motor control system, the paper presented the structure and operation principle of the redundancy high voltage brushless DC motor. The mathematical model of the motor was derived. The model of the control system of redundancy BLDCM was established in Matlab based on the mathematical model. Some simulation waveforms were presented. The experiments of the motor were made in the paper finally.The results are consistent with the simulation and show the validity of the mathematical model and simulation model.
