摘要:针对在永磁同步电机矢量控制算法中,电流环采用常规PID控制器会造成系统动态性能不足,稳态效果不佳等问题,根据永磁同步电机的电流状态方程推导出无差拍控制模型,取代了常规的电流环PID控制器。在永磁同步电机的调速实验中需要采用模拟信号进行观测,示波器造价昂贵,而且硬件电路系统复杂,增加了系统的不可靠性。在LabVIEW下设计了永磁同步电机调速上位机监控软件,对数据进行发送和接收,使整个实验过程被上位机监测,降低了实验成本且数据易于保存。实验表明,该监控软件能够精确的观察实验数据,有效的代替示波器,且成功的验证了永磁同步电机无差拍矢量控制算法的有效性和可靠性。 关键词:永磁同步电机;矢量控制;监控软件
Abstract: Using linear motor to extract oil , especially put them in undergroung lift device, is beneficial to reduce the structure dimensions of space, to improve production efficiency. With the requirements of oil production equipment for energy saving and improved, its advantage is more prominent, the research of ontology and the key technology of linear motor is particularly important. This paper analyzed the particularity of the downhole environment, according to the requirements to determine the selection of the downhole motor, namely the cylindrical permanent magnet linear motor. And from the structure of the motor, electromagnetic field, temperature field were analyzed in terms of the linear motor of present research, discussed emphatically the key technical problems of selection of structural problems of linear motor and need further exploration.
