标题:基于IXMS150的步进电动机细分驱动系统设计

摘  要:为了减小步距角,提高分辨率,增加步进电动机运行的平稳性,提出了细分驱动的解决方案;采用具有256细分的专用芯片IXMS150驱动两相步进电动机,还采用升降速控制算法。通过对整个系统的测试,系统误差为15″,机械振动小,稳定性好,能够满足设计要求。

Abstract: In order to improve resolution of step motor control system and eliminate the mechanical resonance caused by low frequency,a step motor control system based on micro-step technology was presented.The step motor system provided selectable micro-step up to 256 based on micro-step driving chip of IXMS150.The accelerating and decelerating algorithm were adopted in this system.The system error was 15 arcs and the characteristics of designed control system including stable running and good reliability were indicated in the experiment.The system was satisfied with design requirement.
