摘要:采用现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)实现了自动相机聚焦(AF)镜头模块位置控制电机伺服控制系统集成电路(IC)的全数字控制设计。 镜头模块位置控制驱动电机由具有数字伺服驱动 的音圈电机(VCM)担任,数字伺服驱动 包括数字伺服控制器、数字电流控制器和全桥DCDC转换器,系统能为高性能、轻质量和超薄型的移动式自动相机的AF镜头模块位置控制提供完整的数字控制方案,使相机的AF镜头模块控制范围在30 ms内可以达到06 mm,控制分辨率小于5 μm,驱动力峰值为30 mN,输出电流峰值为120 mA。 关键词:FPGA;电流环;位置环;转速环;集成电路
Abstract: This paper implemented a fully digital control IC for the position control motor servo control system of the autofocus (AF) lens module in applications to mobile camera using the field programmable gate array (FPGA). The position control drive motor of AF lens module was driven by a voicecoil motor (VCM) with a digital servo drive IC. The proposed digital servo drive IC included a digital servo controller, a digital current controller, and a fullbridge DCDC converter. The system can provide a total digital solution to the position control of the AF lens module position control in applications to high performance,lightweight and slimtype mobile phone camera, and makes the AF lens module position control can reach a control range of 06 mm within 30 ms with a control resolution less than 5 μm, a peak driving force of 30 mN, and a peak output current of 120 mA.
