摘要:介绍了一种基于FPGA的无刷直流电机突变信号采集器设计方案。设计以FPGA为系统的运算及控制核心,以高速ADC器件为信号采集模块,同时配备以SDRAM、FLASH等外围配置模块,完成在恶劣环境下对无刷直流电机突变信号的采集。系统测试结果表明本文所设计的采集器体积小、功耗低、稳定性好,能效实现对信号突变环境下的无刷直流电机信号的特征分析和数据采集。 关键词:无刷直流电机;突变信号;FPGA;信号采集 Abstract: This article introduced a design for mutation signals collector of brushless DC motor based on FPGA, in hardware and software, which took FPGA as its core collection module and the core of control, ADC device as its collection module and FLASH as configuration module, which was able to effectively realize the recognition of motor signal feature in adverse working conditions. Actual test results show that the system has the characteristics of low power, small bulk, and high integration and scalability performance, meanwhile, the collector can effectively realize the feature analysis and data acquisition of the brushless DC motor signal in signal mutation environment.
