摘 要:讨论了几种基于FPGA的光栅尺速度计算方法以及各种方法的优缺点,并且根据运动控制系统的需求提出了一种新的基于插补算法的速度计算方法。实验证明,这种方法具有更好的实时性,并且克服了运动对象在极低速情况下的精确速度计算问题,适用于任何运用光栅尺测量并计算运动对象速度的场合。 关键词:FPGA;光栅尺;速度插补算法;运动控制
Abstract: This paper discusses several used method of calculating the speed of grating sensor, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of various methods. In accordance with the needs of the moving control system , presented a new interpolation algorithm based on the speed of calculation. Experiments show that this method has better real-time, and overcome the velocity compute problem at the situation of very-low speed, this algorithm can apply to any occasion which use the grating sensor to compute speed .
