摘 要:根据Polytec公司的面内振动测量仪所测得的超声电机定子的面内超声振动信号,基于FFT法,自行研发设计面内超声振动频谱分析系统,得出超声电机定子面内振动的各阶模态频率,为超声电机设计和研究者提供可靠的研究数据。 关键词: FFT;面内超声振动信号;频谱分析
Abstract: According to the in-plane ultrasonic vibration of the stator measured by the laser Doppler vibrometer,using the FFT method, and developed an in-plane ultrasonic vibration spectrum analysis system,and obtained the modal frequency which can be used for designers and researcher.
