摘要:为研究水冷电机的散热情况,本文应用有限元分析软件对不同类型水冷系统模型进行了分析和对比。建立了环形水套、螺旋形水套和轴向水套模型,应用计算流体动力学(CFD)对水套内流体速度场进行了分析,采用有限元方法(FEM)对流固耦合求解域进行了温度场的求解,综合对比三种典型水冷系统的冷却效果,并得出一些有用的结论以便更好的优化设计电机冷却系统。
关键词:水冷系统;温度场;计算流体动力学;有限元法;冷却水套 Abstract: For the motor cooling system development, simulation software Ansys was introduced to analyze and compare some classical water-cooling system. The cooling jackets structures such as circumferential structure, helical structure and axial structure was built. Both computational fluid dynamic (CFD) and finite element method (FEM) were used to analyze the flow characteristics and thermal characteristics respectively. Comparing the cooling effect of the three classical water-cooling systems, references were provided to optimal design motor cooling system.
