摘 要:为了开发一套用于车用空调压缩机的永磁同步电机控制系统,在分析了永磁同步电机数学模型和滑模变结构控制的理论的基础上,建立了以Freescale DSP 56F8346为控制核心的PMSM无传感器控制系统,详细介绍了系统主要的软硬件设计流程。使用Freescale提供的FreeMaster通信套件方便的实现DSP和上位机的通信,可以显示和修改代码中定义的中间变量和参数。实验结果表明滑模观测器具有良好的鲁棒性,能够很好的跟踪转子实际位置,验证了该控制系统的可行性,为下一步负载匹配实验打下了良好的基础。 关键词:永磁同步电机;滑模观测器;飞思卡尔(Freescale);车用空调
Abstract: For the purpose of developing a permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)control system for vehicle air-condition compressor,a sensorless PMSM control system with sliding mode observer(SMO)based on freescale DSP 56F8346 was proposed in the paper.After analyzing PMSM math model and SMO theory,this paper presented hardware and software design processes in details.It is convenient to realize the communication between PC and DSP by using Free Master Kit offered by Freescale Inc.,which can display and modify the intermediate variables and parameters defined in the DSP program.The experiment results show that SMO has goodness,and is able to track the real rotor position comfirm the control system feasibility,has built the good foundation for the next load-matching experiment.
