摘 要:介绍了一种应用于空调风机调速系统的新型控制器。控制器采用调压调速方法,由主电路和控制电路组成,微处理器芯片采用Freescale公司生产的DSP芯片MC56F8025;主电路由双向可控硅(TRIAC)触发电路、缓冲电路、滤波电路组成;控制电路由过零检测电路、辅助电源、传感器以及简单方便的人机接口和通信接口组成。过零检测电路采用线电压过零检测方法,实现了快速准确的过零检测,保证了调压调速的正确实施。控制器电路简单易于实现,实验结果表明了该控制器具有良好的控制效果。 关键词:调压调速;空调风机;DSP;双向可控硅
Abstract: Introduced a new controller for air conditioning fan. The controller uses variable voltage speed method, it contains main circuit and control circuit, the microprocessor chip is Freescale MC56F8025; the main circuit mainly contains TRIAC trigger circuit, buffer circuit, filter circuit; the control circuit consists of zero-crossing detection circuit, auxiliary power supply, sensors, simple man-machine interface, and communication interfaces. The line voltage zero-crossing detection is fast and accurate, it ensures the correct implementation of the varying voltage speed control, The control circuit is simple and easy to realize.
