摘 要:提出了基于DSP的分段式永磁直线同步电动机垂直运输系统(PMLSM)矢量控制方案,介绍了矢量控制的基本原理。该控制系统以DSP芯片TMS320C5402为核心,采用功率变换模块和驱动模块,实现了对PMLSM的全数字矢量控制,对系统进行了硬件和软件设计。实验结果表明,该系统具有良好的稳定性能。 关键词:永磁直线同步电动机;垂直运输系统;DSP;矢量控制
Abstract: In the paper,the scheme of a vector contor of multi-segment permanent magnet linear synchronous motor vertical transportation system was presented and fundamental of vector contor was introduced.The system with DSP chip TMS320LF240 as the core adopts the power converter and driving circuit to fulfill PMLSM full digital vector control,designed the hardware and software to the system.The experimental results show that the system has a good stabile performance.
