摘要:采用模糊PID控制方式,以数字信号处理器TMS320F2809为控制核心,以智能功率模块为主功率电路,设计了永磁同步电机的数字调速系统。系统控制策略采用转速和电流的双闭环结构,其中电流环采用空间矢量控制,速度反馈调节则采用模糊PID参数自整定法。通过实验比较,证明这种控制方式能有效的改善传统PID控制调速系统中快速启停及加减速时出现的速度超调过大、动态响应慢的问题。
关键词:模糊控制;永磁同步电机;矢量控制;数字信号处理器 Abstract: In application of fuzzy PID control, the paper designed a new servo system for permanent magnet synchronous motor. In the proposed scheme, DSP TMS320F2809 was used as the controlling center and IPM was designed as the hardware foundation. The control system uses the classic doubleloop structure, the current loop is vector control strategy and the position loop is selfadaptive fuzzy PID controller. In the traditional PID control system, when the PMSM fast startup or shutdown, accelerate or decelerate, it always shows up high overshoot or slow dynamic response problems. By experimental testing and comparing, it is proved that this controlling system can provide significant improvement on these problems.
