摘要:介绍了基于DSP的无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制系统的设计。本系统采用反电动势法估算转子位置信号,针对电动机起动时反电动势比较小,难以得到有效的转子位置信号的缺点,提出了二次定位法,并在起动过程中加入电流闭环控制算法。该文从硬件和软件两方面详细介绍了控制系统的实现方法,实验结果验证了该控制方案的可行性。 关键词:无位置传感器;无刷直流电机;反电动势;DSP
Abstract:This paper presented a control system of sensorless brushless DC motor (BLDCM) based on DSP.The back-EMF was used to detect rotor position.The BEMF was very little in the process of motor starting,and it was difficult to obtain rotor position efficiently.The rotor second-setting method was proposed in the paper,and current close loop was used in the process of motor starting.The hardware structure and software design of sensorless BLDCM control system was described in details.The result of experiment verified the feasibility of this controlling program.
