摘 要:介绍了一种基于DSP和CPLD的双轴交流伺服控制系统,系统采用TI公司DSP 芯片TMS320F2808控制两台永磁同步伺服电机,完成双轴的三环矢量控制算法,CPLD采用Altera公司的EPM570,完成与上位机和光电编码器的接口扩展功能,大大缩小系统的体积,增强了系统的抗干扰性和保密性。试验结果证明,该系统的硬件和软件设计合理,性能优良、可靠性高,已经大批量应用于横机等场合。 关键词:CPLD;双轴伺服;PMSM;数字信号处理器
Abstract: The dual-axis motor drive system was designed based on DSP and CPLD. In the system TI DSP TMS320LF2808 is selected as the main control chip, implement two motor’s three-loop control. Altera CPLD using the company’s EPM570, complete with the host computer and the optical encoder interface extensions, greatly reduced the volume of the system, to enhance the system’s immunity and confidentiality. The results show that this system hardware and software design is reasonable, better performance, high reliability used in Flat Knitting Machine. Key words: CPLD;dual-axis servo;PMSM;DSP
