摘要:以3 kW三相12/8极开关磁阻电机为动力,设计并制作了基于DSP和CPLD微控制器的开关磁阻调速型阀门电动执行机构,详细介绍了该电动执行机构及控制系统的组成结构,给出了主功率变换器、位置检测电路、相电流检测电路、开关电源、现场总线通信等硬件电路,阐述了DSP及CPLD控制器的设计方法及DSP控制程序流程图。试验测试证明,该电动执行机构具有起动转矩大、调速范围宽、容错性能好等优异的性能,系统能够稳定可靠地运行。 关键词:开关磁阻电机;阀门电动执行机构;DSP微控制器;CPLD微控制器
Abstract: Based on a 3 kW 3 phase 12/8 pole switch reluctance motor, a switched reluctance motor variable speed valve electric actuating mechanism was designed with the micro control chip DSP and CPLD. Detailed analysed the electric actuating mechanism and the structure of control system ,demonstrated the main power converter, position detection, phase current detection, switch power supply, filed bus communication etc. Elaborated the design method of DSP, CPLD controller and the flow chart of DSP. Finally, the experimental results prove that the electric actuating mechanism has big starting torque,optimal speed control range and good fault tolerant performance ,the proposed system is effective and reliable.
