摘要:分析了DDS技术的基本原理,设计实现了基于FPGA的DDS频率合成方法;以DDS输出作为步进电机驱动频率,同传统分频方法对比,该方法合成的频率具有高分辨率、高稳定度、转换时间短等特点;研究了基于DSP的步进电机速度跟踪系统的设计和实现方法;针对步进电机特点设计了相应的闭环速度跟踪算法。搭建整个控制系统的试验平台,并完成了速度跟踪试验。结果表明,DDS技术应用于步进电机跟踪系统具有较高跟踪精度。 关键词:步进电机;DDS;速度跟踪;FPGA Abstract: The principle of DDS(Direct Digital Synthesis) was analyzed. Implementation approach of DDS was designed based on FPGA. The output of DDS was used as driver frequency of stepper motor. The implementation of the speed tracking system based on DSP was studied. Aiming at the feature of stepper motor, a kind of close loop tracking method was designed. The experiment on speed track was carried out with designed control system, and the results show that the control system based on DDS is effective on speed track of stepper motor.
