摘 要:为实现超声波电机驱动的小型化,本文提出了一种基于BOOST和LCR阻尼振荡的驱动系统,该系统根据MOSFET的开通和关断分别工作在滤波储能和电压补偿状态。前者以LCR阻尼振荡电路为基础实现电压波形的优化,后者通过BOOST升压补偿由LCR阻尼振荡带来的电压衰减。选择最优的加压时机使BOOST升压和LCR阻尼振荡电路之间相互配合,从而保证电路的输出电压的频率和峰值到达设计要求。关键词:超声波电机;BOOST升压;LCR阻尼振荡
Abstract: In order to promote the miniaturization of ultrasonic driving system,a novel drving system based on BOOST and LCR damped oscillation was proposed.This system worked on two coordinated part,BOOST circuit and LCR damped oscillation circuit.The former fullfilled the task of uprising the decremental output voltage caused by the damped oscillation of LCR,and the later was used to optimize the output voltage to proximate sine wave.The proper time of unrising output voltage should be selected to make those two parts work coordinatedly to reach the design requirement of frequence and P-P of output voltage.
